How To Prevent Blackheads On Nose
Hey……its Jay here.
If you are sick of the blackheads on nose, whiteheads, pimples, zits and the embarrassment they cause you, then you probably have come to the right place. I cant guarantee that the solution presented here will work for you, but I bet it will.
Why am I writing this?
I have come across an effective new solution for people who suffer with acne skin. Mike Walden, a medical researcher, nutritionist, health consultant and former acne sufferer, has found a way to permanently cure blackheads on nose and the other forms of acne within 2 months. His method ends breakouts in less than 7 days.
85% of adolescents and young adults get acne, but acne is not normal and should not be happening to you……at any age. It is commonly accepted that acne is a natural thing that happens to us in our adolescence and young adult years. This is not true. You have acne skin because there is something wrong inside your body. The cause of acne is internal. The blackheads on nose and the pimples on your face are just the external symptoms of what is wrong.
The only way you can get rid of acne is to treat the cause of it. If you only treat the symptoms, you will continue to get breakouts of acne……….and you will continuously be on the lookout for how to get rid of blackheads, whiteheads and pimples.
The cleansers, creams, lotions, pills and drugs that are commonly used by 95% of acne sufferers, just address the symptoms. They can clear up blackheads on nose once they appear, but it is only a temporary solution. They do not address the cause…. the reason you get them in the first place. So if these are the remedies being used by 95% of the people to remove blackheads and the other acne symptoms, they will continue to get breakouts of acne.
Mike Walden sufferred with a severe acne condition between the ages of 13 and 26. He cured himself. His tell-all report called “Acne No More”, takes you by the hand and teaches you exactly how he did it…….so you can do it as well.
What is unique about Acne No More is that it addresses the root cause of acne, the internal imbalances in your body. Once your system is rebalanced, you will not get blackheads on nose or any of the other acne symptoms again.

How To Remove Blackheads
Welcome To How To Remove Blackheads
Blackheads on the face have plagued the appearance of people for aeons. Because of this, you would expect that someone will have discovered how to remove blackheads. Unfortuneately, there is no one tried and proven way for blackhead removal. However, people have used several different methods to get rid of blackheads.
The most common and popular method is to pop them. This method is effective, if the blackhead is not too deeply embedded and due care is given to how you pop it. If the blackhead is deeply imbedded, squeezing it can cause it to submerge deeper into your skin, with the risk of inflamation.
Exactly How To Remove Blackheads
There is a right way and many wrong ways of removing blackheads by popping them. Here is how to remove blackheads most effectively by popping them.
- Apply heat to the area of the blackhead to open the pores of your skin. You can take a hot bath for 10-15 minutes and hold a hot washcloth on the blackhead. An alternative is to fill a large bowl with steaming water and place a towel over your head and the bowl for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Place one index finger at the base of the blackhead. Place your other index finger on the opposite side at the base of the blackhead. First apply pressure on the skin away from the blackhead. This often pops it. If it doesnt, apply pressure at the base squeezing toward the blackhead. This will pop it. Never squeeze the blackhead on top, close to its black head. This will cause the blackhead to embed itself further and will inflame it.
- After popping the blackhead, apply cold water or witch hazel to your skin to close the pore where the blackhead resided. If you dont do this, you may leave yourself open to scarring or a pockmark. By closing the pore, you are also preventing the entry of bacteria that could result in another blackhead in that same place.
In my next post, I review a method about eliminating acne forever. The method has hundreds of testimonials from people all over the world about how their acne is gone forever. With this method, you will never have to concern yourself again with how to remove blackheads.

Blackheads On Nose: How Do You Get Them?
Why You Get Blackheads On Nose
Blackheads on nose is a common skin complaint. Your probably already know that blackheads along with whiteheads and pimples, is what is commonly referred to as acne. It occurs when the pores of the skin become clogged with oil, dead skin cells, and bacteria. Nearly 85% of people develop acne at some time between the ages of 12-25 years.
You have glands just beneath the skin’s surface, called sebaceous glands . They produce an oil called sebum, which is the skin’s natural moisturizer. It prevents the skin from becoming too dry.
The sebaceous glands produce too much oil in the bodies of adolescents and young adults. The excess oil is produced because of hormonal changes that occur in their bodies. Under certain circumstances, cells that are close to the openings of the oil glands block the openings. This causes a buildup of oil underneath the skin. Bacteria, which live in everyone’s skin, thrive on this oil. They multiply, and cause the surrounding tissues to become inflamed.
If the inflammation is near the surface, you get a pustule. A pustule is a pimplelike or blisterlike swelling, containing pus. If the inflamation is deeper, you get a papule. A papule is a small pimple that is shaped like a cone. It is solid and it does not contain pus.
If the oil does not break throught the surface of the skin, you get a whitehead. If it breaks throught the surface of the skin, you get a blackhead. The oil changes from white to black, when it comes into contact with air.
Why Blackheads On Nose Is So Common
This does not explain why you get blackheads on nose, as opposed to getting them on your arms, legs, or torso. There is a very good reason for it. You get blackheads on nose because the largest concentration of sebaceuos glands exists on your nose. It is estimated that you have 2,000 sebaceous glands per square inch on your nose.
Also studies reveal that we tend to touch our noses a lot during the course of a day. This brings the oily pores of the skin on the nose, in contact with bacteria. This combination makes it a breeding ground for blackheads on nose.
